Dana is a former executive director, small business owner, hospitality general counsel, and has served on the Board of Directors for various healthcare, arts, and tourism nonprofit organizations.  A trained mediator, she believes in actively listening to her clients to develop a comprehensive understanding of the organizational needs. Having been an entrepreneur and a nonprofit leader, she understands the importance of strategic thinking and caring for teams that get the work done.
