Carleshia is a thoughtful systems-minded and people-focused leader. She brings a wealth of industry-specific experience to her role as Office Manager on the Cheshire Law Group team, having worked in both the nonprofit and legal sectors. She has over a decade of dedicated service for Philadelphia nonprofit organizations with a particular focus on child welfare and juvenile justice initiatives, and a background that includes managing award-winning projects. Carleshia also has law firm administrative experience, further enhancing her capabilities in managing facilities, billing processes, and leading projects.

Carleshia is known for her strong leadership skills, positivity, commitment to excellence, and unwavering dedication to creating a better future for all. Beyond her professional endeavors, Carleshia is deeply passionate about her community and actively engages in initiatives to enrich and improve the lives of those around her.
