Catherine’s social justice sensibilities inform her legal practice, making her an empathetic advocate and advisor. She previously represented victims of domestic violence and child abuse, and her perspective of vulnerable populations continues to inform her work. She recognizes that in each business decision a nonprofit makes, there is a compliance element and an opportunity for efficiency, but there is also potential for social impact.

Catherine enjoys advising organizations on compliance matters and leveraging her professional experiences to help nonprofit organizations minimize risk and make difficult business decisions in mindful ways. She helps nonprofits make informed business-minded and mission-aligned decisions.
